All photographs taken by Photographer remain the exclusive intellectual property of ClaxTheJack Photography under U.S. Copyright Law. Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal and marketing use as outlined in their service agreement.
Photographer may use images from your session for portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes. If you prefer your images not be used publicly, you must notify us in writing prior to your session or event.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:
• With service providers necessary to deliver our services (e.g., Wix for hosting, gallery delivery platforms)
